For many years, we have had the capability to provide magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to patients as an extension of the diagnosis and treatment services we provide. Recently, we not only upgraded our 1.5T system to meet the latest performance standards, but we added a new GE Signa HD 3.0T MRI that is truly a state-of-the-art system.

 

Proven in clinical practice, the Signa HD 3.0T makes the impossible possible. Thanks to GE-exclusive Signa HD (High-Definition) MR technologies that improve clarity, detail and process, the most challenging cases can be examined with conventional MR approaches.

 

 

Typical procedures conducted with the 3.0T MRI include neurological scans, spinal work and musculoskeletal exams on knees, shoulders and hips.

 

However, due to the technology of the 3T system, carotid MR angiography and breast MRI scans are also possible.

 

Diagnostic Imaging Center at Texas Neurology continues to expand and invest in latest-generation technology to ensure North Texas patients have access to this superior MRI technology for their imaging needs. Texas Neurology has a superior reputation for delivering outstanding medical services in both physician services as well as MRI, Bone Density, EEG, Infusion and Sleep services. Patients may request to have their MRI performed on either a 1.5T or the 3T with a physician order. Diagnostic Imaging Center at Texas Neurology is able to perform any scan ordered by a patient's physician and not limited to neurology patients. They routinely scan for Musculoskeletal (Bone & Joint)Vascular, Brain and many other types of MRI scans.
