PHILADELPHIA—Patients with chronic migraine who were treated with onabotulinumtoxin A (Botox) showed significant reduction in frequency of headache days, compared with patients who received placebo, according to data presented at the 14th Congress of the International Headache Society. In its October 2009 issue, D Magazine published the results of a survey conducted among 4,800 local doctors who were invited to cast their votes for the Best Doctors in Dallas. In the confidential poll, doctor's were asked to name two physicians they would send their parents or loved ones to in 40 specialties.
