Your physician may order a sleep study, which is a painless procedure where you spend the night in our sleep center. You are hooked up to electrodes and sensors that monitor your brainwaves, respiratory efforts, snoring, leg movements, and heart rate.
After the study is completed, your physician will interpret your test and discuss treatment options with you in order to assist you in getting the sleep you desire.
